1. Cleanse and rinse your back thoroughly.
2. Soak under warm water for at least 15 minutes to soften the dead skin.
3. Wet the exfoliator, wring out excess water, and step away from running water.
4. Hold the handles and scrub in long, controlled motions from upper back to lower back, then side to side.
5. Rinse, towel-dry, and apply moisturizer afterward.

The longer the soak, the better the exfoliation.

After each use:
